Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Bridal DJs’ services and website. By using our services or submitting information, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services
Bridal DJs provides DJ services, photo booths, and day-of coordination for weddings and private events.

2. Booking
Bookings are confirmed once a deposit is received. Final payment is due by the agreed-upon date prior to your event. All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your contract.

3. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing. Any cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event may result in forfeiture of the full balance.

4. Communication
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive texts, emails, or calls related to your inquiry, booking, and follow-up services. You may opt out at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability
Bridal DJs is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, venue issues). Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Updates
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
